Eclipse Initial Availability Form

Huron County ARES

Good morning,

We had a very productive monthly meeting at the EOC last evening.  We are beginning to put firm plans in place to support the EMA during the eclipse.  We are going to need a large number of volunteers for the entire weekend to ensure our citizenry is kept safe.

Please fill out the enclosed form with your initial availability.  I realize it is quite early, but it will give us a high level view of what we have to offer the EMA in terms of manpower.

Even if you usually delete these emails, please take just a minute to complete this form if only to say you are not available.  I understand it may change as the time draws nearer.
